Smart Report is an educational tool, not a diagnostic one. It explains what a lab value indicates in plain language, grounded in ICMR/WHO reference ranges. It does not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment, or replace a consultation with a qualified doctor. Always discuss your results with a physician — including at Sai Medical Clinic — before making any health decision based on a report or its interpretation.
You're responsible for keeping your phone number's OTP access secure, since it's the sole basis of account access. Report any suspected unauthorized access immediately at hello@zamnaik.com.
Booking a test or consultation through this site reserves a slot at the selected location; please cancel through your account if you can't make it, so the slot can be offered to someone else.
Payments are processed by Razorpay. All amounts are set by Zamnaik Healthcare at the time of booking and verified server-side before any order is marked complete; we do not accept a client-supplied amount for any transaction.
Don't attempt to access another patient's records, circumvent rate limits or verification checks, or upload content that isn't your own lab report or one you're authorized to submit on someone else's behalf.
